ORDER PICK UP IN STORE
You can pick up your order FREE in-store during opening hours (10am-5pm). Open 7 Days!

To pick up your order in store, please choose the 'PICK UP IN-STORE' option at check out. We'll pack your order for you and send you an email notification when it's ready for pick up! When you reach the front counter at WAVERLEY ANTIQUE BAZAAR, ask the staff to collect your ATOMIC VOID order. Please bring your order number and order confirmation in store to pick up your order.

PRE-ORDERS
Don't miss out! Sometimes some expansions are hard to secure - so we offer a PRE-ORDER option! Reserve your stock ahead of time and complete the check out process on your selected items to ensure you get your cards HOT OFF THE PRESS! As soon as your order is available from our suppliers, we will pack your order and advise you as soon as we've posted it.

POSTAGE INFORMATION

Most products stocked on ATOMIC VOID are eligible for FREE POSTAGE Australia-wide!

Should you have an item in your cart that is not eligible for free postage, the cart will calculate the postage options once you have entered your address into the check out. You can choose which postage option you'd prefer.

We have an option available for AUSTRALIA POST EXTRA COVER to ensure your items aren't lost in transit.
To add EXTRA COVER to your order you MUST add the insurance to your cart - choose the appropriate level of cover to ensure your order is insured.
NO RESPONSIBILITY IS TAKEN BY ATOMIC VOID FOR LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS if EXTRA COVER is not selected!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
SORRY - we currently don't post internationally - however if there's an item you're interested in purchasing, please use our contact form and we can organise an international shipping quote for you.

RETURNS POLICY
Please note that ATOMIC VOID does not offer refunds on the basis of change of mind.

Damaged goods or faulty items MUST be posted to the below address within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for either store credit or a refund.
Please note return postage is non-refundable or eligible for credit in the form of store credit.

Should you wish to return a damaged or faulty item, please complete the CONTACT FORM on our website to advise us of the return, the reason for the return and please include your name, order number, phone number and email address to ensure quick processing of your return.

OUT OF STOCK/UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
Please note if an item is out of stock and we are not able to fill your order, we will credit you with ATOMIC VOID store credit for the amount of the out of stock or unavailable goods.
